2- Counselors/ Counseling Services
2.1- Conditions of the directors.
Enterapiaonline requires that each counselor who provides counseling services on the platform, be a psychologist with an accredited license, with accredited capacity and experience, and/or marriage/family therapist and/or clinical social worker with a license or recognized professional certification or similar based on their State or Jurisdiction.
The counselors must have proven experience in their area of at least 1,500 hours of practical experience and be qualified and certified by their corresponding Professional Association that governs them, having to have the registration and/or certified, current and updated license.
2.2 Independent directors.
-The Directors are not employees of Beloc LLC, nor representatives of the company.
Counselor Responsibility:
The role of the Platform is limited to providing the technological tools that make communication possible between counselors and users, while the Counseling Services are the sole responsibility of the Counselor who provides them.
Option to change the Counselor Service: If you consider that the Counseling Services provided by the Counselor do not meet your needs or expectations, you have the option of changing to another Counselor of this Platform, enterapiaonline.com
In the event that the Advisor chosen by you leaves the platform for any reason, enTerapiaOnline.com will contact you by sending you an email, notifying you of the situation and offering you the possibility of changing to another Advisor on the platform.
EnTerapiaOnline.com hopes that the Services provided by the Counselors will be satisfactory to You.
You understand, accept and acknowledge that said Services of the Advisors may not be the solution expected by you and may not meet your expectations and that they cannot be replaced by a face-to-face meeting.

By using the EnTerapiaOnline.com platform, you accept, confirm and acknowledge that in case of conflict, administrative claims, legal claims, lawsuits, and/or any type of cause or action, you will defend us, exempt us from any type of liability and proceed to indemnify us. In all cases, you will assume and/or bear all kinds of expenses that may exist, as well as payment of fees for professional services, expenses for litigation related to any of the following points: (a) your access or use of the Platform; (b) any action taken with your account or Account Access, whether by you or another person; (c) your violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement; (d) failure to pay for any services (including Advisor Services) provided through the Platform; (e) the violation or infringement of any third party right (v.g. any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, privacy right, among others). Your liability will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Of the forms of payment, amounts and means of payment:
You confirm and agree to use credit cards or other means of payment available on the platform according to your country of residence (collectively «Means of payment») that you are duly and fully authorized to use, and that all information related to the payment that you provided and will provide in the future, to or through the Platform, is accurate, current and correct and will continue to be accurate, current and correct.

Additional features. If you have private and/or state contracted health insurance, social work, or prepaid medicine, it will not exempt you from the payment agreed on the platform.
By using the Enterapiaonline.com platform, you accept, confirm and acknowledge your commitment to pay regarding the fees and charges associated with your Account, immediately, according to the payment schedule/fees, according to the terms published on the Platform Enterapiaonline.com.
Enterapiaonline.com. is authorized to make the collections with their respective billing through the Payment Method informed by You, committing to keep said information up to date.
Modifications and termination of this agreement.
EnTerapiaOnline.com uses software, hardware and tools, its own or owned by third parties (our contractors and/or suppliers). EnTerapiaOnline.com guarantees that your access to the platform will be reliable and accessible, however it may be interrupted/altered/delayed/inaccessible due to circumstances beyond BELLOC LLC.
Export controls and sanctions

Notifications

By using the EnTerapiaOnline.com platform, you agree, confirm and acknowledge that the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding related to this Agreement or our relationship with you will be the Courts for the State of Delaware.
